4. Sales contract – Room reservation.

If we do not accept your booking and the money has already been taken from your account, then it will be refunded in full without interest.

5. Availability of Rooms
All room reservations are subject to availability. In this light, in case of non-availability, we reserve the right to inform you, either by phone at the number you have indicated or by email, about similar rooms, for which you can reserve. If you do not wish to proceed with the reservation, we will refund you, free of charge, the amount you may have paid in full.
6. Denial of Booking

Although we make every effort to process all bookings submitted to us, exceptional circumstances may arise where we may need to decline to process a booking after we have already sent you the Booking Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time at our sole discretion.
We shall have no liability to you or any third party for the withdrawal of any rooms from this website, the removal or editing of any material or content on the website or for refusing to process or accept a booking after we have sent you the Confirmation Reservation.
7. Price and Payment.

If we discover an error in the price of any room you have booked, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your booking at the corrected correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your booking as canceled and refund you in full any amount you have paid. We are under no obligation to provide you with any rooms at the incorrect lower price (even if we have sent you the Confirmation).
